Online Registration & Renewal System (ReQSys)

ReQSys is an interactive web based application developed to provide potential substantial time and cost savings to those seeking to be registered with BQSM and to renew their registration.

The objective is to simplify the whole process of managing the registration and renewal activities and improve BQSM efficiency in managing the process.

Before proceed making any application with ReQSys, please do the following: -

1. Read the application requirements on BQSM website;
2. Prepare all the required supporting documents;
3. Pay registration fees or renewal fees: -
a) FPX Online Payment (Payment made through a ReQSys System at the "Payment" section)
   
OR
b) Deposit to Account Lembaga Juruukur Bahan Malaysia:
  • CIMB        : 8000283026
  • MAYBANK  : 564155218817
    OR
d) Prepare the crossed cheque/money order/postal order/bank draft made payable to “LEMBAGA JURUUKUR BAHAN MALAYSIA"
4. Create a ReQSys account  via BQSM Portal

To Register as QS Technologist

A. Create an account as a ReQSys via BQSM Portal
 

STEP # 1
• Visit BQSM Website www.bqsm.gov.my
• Clik on the "Log In" button

STEP # 2
• Select Menu [New User, Register Now]

STEP # 3
• Select your application type through the dropdown list option or directly click on the QS Technologist Registration image.

STEP # 4
• Fill in your login username (without space, eg: member1), First & Last Name (as IC - if individu, eg: Abdullah Bin Sanusi) or company name (if practice), email address and desirable password.
• Tick √ agreed to the Privacy Policy
• Click 'subscribe' to submit


Note: Different username and email address is required for different category (Individu or Firm).

STEP # 5
• Click button 'Proceed' to continue

• Click 'OK' to continue.

• Expand button 'Hi,your name' to view the User Menu
• Click menu 'ReQSys - Registration Renewal'

 STEP # 8
• Click 'Register As Quantity Surveyor Technologist'

 STEP # 9
• Fill in all the mandatory fields (as highlighted) until all the application status change to 'Completed'
• Save the form by clicking the "Save Changes" button
• Once all the Application Status 'Completed', button to 'Submit Application' will appear.
• Click 'Submit Application' to submit your application.

NOTE FOR THE PAYMENT:

  1. Please select your preferred payment type
  2. If you select "Online Payment", Please select your Bank, and the page will be redirected to payment page (FPX)
  3. Please complete the process and follow the instructions on the application page
  4. For other than Online Payment, please fills in your Reference Number (e.g. For Cheque, the cheque no.)

To Register as Provisional QS

A. Create an account as a ReQSys via BQSM Portal
 

STEP # 1
• Visit BQSM Website www.bqsm.gov.my
• Clik on the "Log In" button

• Select Menu [New User, Register Now]

STEP # 3
• Select your application type through the dropdown list option or directly click on the QS Technologist Registration image.

STEP # 4
• Fill in your login username (without space, eg: member1), First & Last Name (as IC - if individu, eg: Abdullah Bin Sanusi) or company name (if practice), email address and desirable password.

• Choose name of school/institute/college/universiti
• Choose qualification achieved
• Select date of admission
• Select date of graduate
• Click 'Register as Provisional Quantity Surveyor'

 STEP # 9
• Fill in all the mandatory fields which are Applicant Details (inc. Address & Referee), Attachments/Supporting Documents, Academic
  
Qualification and Payment.
• Save the form by clicking the "Save Changes" button
• Once all completed, Application Status will change to 'Completed', button to 'Submit Application' will appear.
• Click 'Submit Application' to submit your application.

NOTE FOR THE PAYMENT:

  1. Please select your preferred payment type

 STEP # 10
• Once all are completed, Application Status will change to 'Completed', button 'Submit Application' will appear.
• Click 'Submit Application' to submit your application.

 STEP # 11
• Declaration - Please read and confirm your declaration.
• Once confirmed, please tick √ all the declaration.
• Click 'Submit Application' to continue.

 STEP # 12
• Application status will be change to 'NEW'
• Click 'Print Form PVQS-A' to print the form.

• Your application status will be display as 'NEW' once your application successfully submitted
• Click 'My Profile' to update your profile.
