Assessment Of Professional Competence (APC) TIER I – PQS Registration Application

Important Notes 

  1. Only completed applications will be processed. Please ensure that all items listed in the checklist are fulfilled.

  2. Kindly take note that all applications will be presented during the APC Sub-Committee Meeting. Applications received after 3 days before the Committee Meeting will only be presented on the next Committee Meeting.

Guidelines to apply APC

Starting on 14.04.2023, the APC application is online which is through the ReQSys System.

Steps

  1. Login using your user ID and password. Then in the Member Action section click MyPJ button.
  2. Then, click the Submit your application now button in the Assessment of Professional Competence section.
