1st TIER : PROFESSIONAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR (PQS)

Routes to Registration as PQS:

Graduate Route

The PVQS who meet the requirements under Clause 4 of the Tier-I Professional Quantity Surveyors Registration Guidelines.

Experience Route

The PVQS who meet the requirements under Clause 5 of the Tier-I Professional Quantity Surveyors Registration Guidelines.

Academician Route

The PVQS who meet the requirements under Clause 6 of the Tier-I Professional Quantity Surveyors Registration Guidelines.

APC Application Process

✓ Starting from 14 March 2023, the candidates are required to apply for the APC through the MyAPC system.
✓ The APC application must be approved by the nominated supervisor through the system before the application can be submitted online.
✓ Once the APC application has been approved, the candidate must successfully achieve a minimum score of 80% for each part in order to pass the Online Ethics Assessment (OEA).
