Quotation Description:

  1. ONLY THE NOMINEE recorded in the Financial Registration Certificate or the REPRESENTATIVE DELEGATED BY THE COMPANY can attend this briefing session. Attendance is limited to two (2) people per Bidder. Only Bidders who have attended the briefing are eligible to participate in this quotation.

  2. BQSM is not bound to accept the lowest quotation offer or any quotation offer or to give any reason for such rejection. BQSM also reserves the right to accept all or part of the quotation and BQSM's decision is final.




Description of Supporting Documents:

  1. The submitted quotation must contain the following items:


    1. Both the Technical Category and the Financial Category must be accompanied by SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS containing:

      1. Financial Registration Certificate;

      2. Bumiputera Status Registration (if any);

      3. Company profile;

      4. Bank Statement for the last three (3) months;

      5. and other related additional information.




    2. Technical Category

      1. ONE (1) ORIGINAL DOCUMENT in the form of a hard copy and TWO (2) COPY DOCUMENTS in the form of a hard copy.

      2. All supporting documents including completed forms must be bound together with the Technical Offer in a ring bounded manner so that there is no omission of information.

      3. The three Technical Offers above must be tied together and wrapped in brown paper and must be marked "Technical Category" on the upper left side of the envelope.




    3. Financial Category

      1. ONE (1) ORIGINAL DOCUMENT in the form of a hard copy and TWO (2) COPY DOCUMENTS in the form of a hard copy.

      2. All supporting documents including completed forms must be bound together with the Technical Offer in a ring bounded manner so that there is no omission of information.

      3. The three Technical Offers above must be tied together and wrapped in brown paper and must be marked "Financial Category" on the upper left side of the envelope.




  2. All documents submitted together with the quotation document by the Bidder are the property of BQSM and will not be returned.
