KUALA LUMPUR, 24 August 2016: The International Convention on Quantity Surveying (QSIC 2016) was held to empower and strengthen the profession of Quantity Surveying in the face of challenging and competitive global competition.

This is in line with the theme of this 15th annual Convention which is “Thriving amidst the storm”. It was held for two days with scholarly fillings such as idea sharing sessions through talks by professional speakers from within and outside the country as well as technical visits to selected locations.

This international convention is organized by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (LJUBM), Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Public Works Department Malaysia (JKR), Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) ).
