PQRS 4.0 was held on 2 October 2018 at the Kuliyyah of Architecture & Environmental Design (KAED), International Islamic University Malaysia (UIA) with the theme “#addvalue2yourself”. The event was jointly organized by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the International Islamic University Malaysia (UIA); and supported by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Public Works Department Malaysia (JKR) and other local institutions of higher learning that offer Quantity Surveying programs. The program managed to attract a total of 538 participants. The program was completed with the inauguration by the President of LJBM, YBhg. Dato ’Sr Aziz bin Abdullah, CQS.

The activities carried out throughout the program are as follows;

• Seminars and Forums
• LJBM Registration and Renewal Registration
• RISM Registration and Renewal

The program will continue to be implemented in the coming years as it provides a dedicated space for all materials surveying graduates registered with LJBM and at the same time accelerates their journey to become Professional Quantity Surveyor.
