Please follow the steps below to sign in and start a new accreditation application.

• Access the ReQSys 2.0 System
• Enter your User ID and password
• Select IHL under User Type
• Click Login
• Click Apply New and complete the form with all required information.

Please complete the following details when creating a User ID:

• Click Register as IHL
• Institution acronym, e.g. IIUM
• Full name of institution
• Institution type: Local IHL or Foreign IHL
• User name, e.g. International Islamic University Malaysia
• Login ID, e.g. admin_iium
• Official email address Use official email address of the officer responsible for managing the application.
• Password and password confirmation
